Check-Out
- Please check out by 10:00 am.
- You can settle your bill on the day of departure or the evening before at the reception.
- Please dispose of your trash in the waste room on the day of your departure. It is located on level -1, in the garage at the MonteHouse.
Opening Hours
- Reception: 8.00am - 9.00pm
- Sky Pool- Adults Only: 5.00pm - 7.00pm
- myMonte Adults Only Spa: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
- myAura Family Spa: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Apartments
- Our kitchens are fully equipped. Please handle all appliances and utensils with care.
- Cleaning: To respect the environment, your apartment is cleaned every three days. If you prefer daily cleaning, please let us know.
- Towel Change: To conserve resources, we do not automatically replace towels. If you need fresh towels, please hang the designated card on your door.
- Non-Smoking Area: All apartments are smoke-free. We kindly ask that you only smoke outside the living areas.
Breakfast Basket
- Your breakfast basket will be discreetly placed in front of your apartment every day at 7.00am, respecting your privacy.
- Please return the empty basket with your completed order for the next day by 12.00pm.
