Here are the directions
We can’t wait to welcome you here
The journey to the Val Venosta is already an experience that creates unique memories: on the road to the Auramonte, you can admire medieval castles, orchards, enchanting landscapes and majestic peaks.
By car
- Coming from the north on the Inntal motorway (120 km from Innsbruck, 200 km from Munich) or, via the Fern Pass, on the A7 (36 km from Garmisch).
- Coming from the south, after Merano, it is about another 50 km through Val Venosta to your destination in San Valentino alla Muta.
Notice for our guests:
Please note that the Reschen Pass state road B180 will be temporarily closed between Kajetansbrücke/Pfunds and Nauders from September 2024 until the end of 2026 due to construction work for a rockfall gallery. During the closure periods, we recommend using the detour route through Switzerland to avoid the affected road sections. This detour via the Engadin Road (B184) and the Martinsbruck Road (B185) takes about 10 minutes longer than the regular route, depending on traffic. A detailed route planner (Kajetansbrücke/Pfunds) for the detour can be found here: Google Maps Route Planner
By train
- From the south: To Bolzano station and with a connection to Malles; then by bus to San Valentino.
- From the north: From Munich to Innsbruck and then to Landeck. From there, take the bus to Nauders and, at the transfer point, take the bus to San Valentino alla Muta.
- From Switzerland: From Zernez railway station, take the post bus to Malles and from Malles by bus to San Valentino.
