When can I check-in to my apartment?
Your room will be ready for you from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know briefly. We will then send you all the important information for your arrival and check-in by e-mail.
What is included in the apartment?
- Fully equipped kitchen with plates, cutlery, cups, wine and water glasses, dish towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, pots and pans
- Cremesso coffee machine: you will receive the matching capsules every morning in your breakfast basket
- Bathroom with all amenities such as toilet paper, hairdryer, towels and bathrobes
- Final cleaning
- Daily breakfast basket in front of the apartment
- Private parking space in front of AURA
- Garage parking space for the MONTE apartments
How is the price for my stay calculated?
The offer prices are starting prices per night and person, based on an occupancy of 2 people, including breakfast basket and final cleaning. The daily local tax of €3.20 per person aged 14 and over is not included in this amount.
How are additional guests charged?
The following surcharges apply for additional guests:
- Children under 1,99 years stay free of charge in their parents' room
- 70% discount for children from 2 to 4,99 years on the adult price
- 50% discount for children from 5 to 9,99 years on the adult price
- 40% discount for children from 10 to 13,99 years on the adult price
- 30% discount for children from 14 years on the adult price
Can I bring our dog?
Your four-legged companion is welcome on request and for a surcharge of €20 per night in the apartments of the existing Aura building. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the Monte apartments.
Are there e-bikes available to rent and how much do they cost?
There are 2 e-bikes available, which can be rented for €40 per day or €27 for half a day. Perfect for exploring the area comfortably and sustainably.
When is my booking binding?
The reservation is binding from the moment of receipt of the deposit, which corresponds to 30% of the total price and which is to be made by bank transfer to the bank account shown below.

What cancellation conditions apply?
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 90 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- from 89 to 30 days before arrival ,we charge 30% of the total amount.
- with a notice less than 29 days before arrival, early departure, no-show or late arrival we charge 100% of the amount.
Is parking available?
Yes, one garage parking space per apartment is available for our Monte guests. Our Aura guests can use the outdoor parking spaces.
What is the difference between Aura and Monte?
Auramonte consists of two buildings: Aura, our existing building with more traditional apartments, and Monte, our new, modern complex. As our guest, you can use the areas of both buildings. Aura and Monte are connected by an underground tunnel.
By when do I need to check out?
We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 am. On request, subject to availability and for a surcharge of €40, you can extend your stay with a late check-out
